"First class hotel"
"First class hotel. Facilities and staff as good as it gets. Be careful when giving laundry to
wash. It costs 200 baht to wash 1 tee shirt."

"Nice location"
"We thought this was an excellent hotel. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view
of the city and the river. It is also in a great location for only 5 minutes` walk to
the sky train station. However, we had a meal in the Italian restaurant which was very
disappointing and would not recommend it."

"Watch the river go by"
"The Shangri-La is a wonderful hotel. We stayed in the Horizon Club rooms and found them
excellent value. Little extras such as cocktails and canapes in the evening were appreciated.
Breakfast on the Horizon Club floor was also enjoyable. All staff went out of their way to
provide a service that the Shangri-La is famous for. Great position on the river. Highly recommended."
