"The last two years I have stayed at the Ambassador with no problems and the staff have always been pleasant, helpful and polite. I will continue to stay there everytime I visit Bangkok."

"Reviewed by : Narisa Chan - July 19 , 2007 Ambassador is better as a convention center than as a hotel. The food and facilities are good but the rooms are not of the same standard. I saw a cockroach, the radio didn`t work, the bathroom door made the most eerie squeking noise and the knob of the TV cabinet was broken. However, as a convention centre i find Ambassador to be very organised. I stayed in Ambassador city Jomtiem in Pattaya during an international choral festival involving 33 choirs from 10 different countries and was rather impressed at how everything went very smoothly. Almost all programmes went as scheduled and despite the large number of people, there was always enough good food. The queues at the buffets were never too long and the tour services provided were safe, convenient and fun. Toilets were always clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at Ambassador Bangkok when one of the staff offered to point me to my room on my arrival even though she was on her way to do something else."
